Pazza LunaPazza Luna always managed to have it both ways: it was a Locust Point locals’ favorite, and a destination dining spot for folks around the city. Now, Sotto Sopra owner Riccardo Bosio has resurrected the tiny Italian bistro to rave reviews. He’s joined forces with native Italian chef Gianfranco Fracassetti to create a fun, casual gathering spot that features hearty, authentic Italian cooking. Classic dishes such as fettuccine with sausage and goat cheese, vegetarian lasagna, linguine with clams, chicken cacciatore and veal in white wine and lemon sauce fill the simple menu, as well as dessert favorites like tiramisu and cannoli. The antipasto tray is practically a meal in itself: toasted bread, olives, roasted peppers and eggplant, cheeses, prosciutto ham and mortadella— on top of a basket of fresh ciabatta bread with roasted garlic cloves on the side for spreading. The interiors have been spruced up too, with splashes of warm, bright Tuscan colors and gorgeous, ultra-modern suspended wire lighting. Open for lunch Monday through Saturday, and for dinner seven days. 1401 E. Clement St., 410-962-1212
