The lower-level dining space at the Admiral Fell Inn has seen its share of tenants: In the past few years it’s housed Savannah and Hamilton’s. Now known as True, the new restaurant seeks to cook with only the freshest seasonal produce drawn from the region. Whenever possible, ingredients are organic and chemical-free, and are procured from local farms, dairies and markets. Atwater Breads, One Straw Farm and South Mountain Creamery are just a few of the local resources used in preparing the menu.
