National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum unveiled a new pair of officially licensed, limited-edition bobbleheads on Sept. 27 featuring Mr. Boh, the iconic one-eyed mustached mascot of Baltimore’s famous National Bohemian Beer.

The new bobblehead was created and release in honor of National Drink Beer Day, which took place on Sept. 28, as the National Brewing Company rolled out six packs of beer colloquially known as “Natty Boh,” which had a big influence on the way people drink beer today.

“When they rolled out six-packs of ‘Natty Boh’ cans in the 1940s, they became the very [sic] brewer to dole beer out by the half dozen,” a press release announcing the bobbleheads wrote.

Roughly 90% of National Bohemian sales occur in Baltimore, and the beer along with its one-eyed mascot have become something of a cultural staple in the city since Mr. Boh was introduced in 1936.

“We’re excited to unveil these Mr. Boh bobbleheads to celebrate National Drink a Beer Day,” Phil Sklar, National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum co-founder and CEO said in the press release. “With the help of the iconic Mr. Boh, ‘Natty Boh’ has embodied the spirit of Baltimore and the ‘Land of Pleasant Living’ for well over a century. We think people are going to love these new bobbleheads.”

The bobbleheads are currently available for purchase from the National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum and are expected to ship in January 2025 at a cost of $30 each plus a flat-rate shipping charge of $8 per order.
