Who doesn’t have fond childhood memories of grilled cheese sandwiches? No one, that’s who. Now, a new fast/casual restaurant in Catonsville, Grilled Cheese & Co., lets you be a kid again with a menu of nothing but— you guessed it— grilled cheese sandwiches. Everything from a simple classic rendition to gourmet combos featuring bacon and tomatoes (Style’s favorite), barbecued chicken, crabmeat, grilled ham and a slew of different kinds of cheese is offered on the menu.
