A little bit of the Rat Pack era comes to Charm City with the opening of Luckie’s Tavern in the Power Plant Live complex, replacing what had been the Lodge Bar. Splashes of bold red and photographs of vintage Las Vegas casinos line the walls to help set the scene. The menu offers classics such as French onion soup, a wedge salad, steak frites and scampi over linguine. Pubbier fare, such as house-ground sliders, wings, cheese steaks and a Cuban sandwich are available as well. But it’s mostly a bar scene, with two large indoor bar areas (and one outdoors) and lots of blaring TV screens and loud music.
