Thanksgiving Farm specializes exclusively in Bordeaux red wine and was the first commercial winery to be established in Anne Arundel County. The area is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and has an outdoor seating area for picnics and wine tastings. Visitors should note that currently its indoor tasting room only sells wines by the bottle and does not offer indoor tastings.
