This winery, owned by Ecuadoran polo-playing siblings Enrique and Felipe Pallares, produces its wine at a Pennsylvania farm but operates a bodega and tasting room in Chestertown. It’s modeled after the wine bodegas that are common in Spain and South America and is a great place to sample Old World-inspired wines.
