Cacao Lorenzo Too many “disappointing encounters with bad chocolate” and three years of study under master chocolatiers led Larry McGlinchey to open Cacao Lorenzo. Using all-natural ingredients and flavors, he aims to bring back the “dead art” of chocolate making and show how real chocolate should taste. For chocoholics, there’s something to please every taste— try the hot cocoa mix, hazelnuts covered in chocolate, rich chocolate bars or the “galerie au chocolat” with flavors of lavender, figs, honey or Indian spices.
