The Baltimore Theatre Project wants to get all up in your personal space this weekend. Kassandra Production has traveled from Denmark, the happiest country in the world, to present LET’S GET PERSONAL. The event is, what they’re calling, a satire performance lecture on the everyday demands we face in 2016 and ways to radicalize your life. Expect a mix of comedy, social commentary, something called physical gospel and lots of fun.
Knitters and craft enthusiasts alike: Be prepared to eat your hearts out. This weekend, the American Craft Show will take over the Baltimore Convention Center. Featuring handmade jewelry items, clothing, fashion accessories, furniture, home décor—you name it—from crafters all over the nation, the event will also host emerging artists who can be found at Hip Pop pods through the show floor. Find rare gifts, like kaleidoscopes, leather goods and toys. We have our eye on a green bejeweled statement necklace.
