Victor’s Café has a new home. Formerly located waterside downtown at Harbor East, the Italian eatery has moved to the county, into the Timonium Crossing shopping center (where Donna’s was previously located). Done up in warm Mediterranean colors, the café seats approximately 50; there is also outdoor seating, and a carryout counter. Choose from grilled sandwiches, paninis, salads and a dozen dinner entrees, such as spaghetti with plum tomatoes, toasted garlic and basil, chicken marsala, risotto with pesto and shrimp and spaghetti with mussels. The house specialty is pizza rustica, made with a special type of flour that produces an exceedingly thin, soft crust. It’s available as a classic pie with plum tomato sauce, mozzarella, sun-dried tomatoes, artichokes, ham, kalamata olives and basil, as well as with barbecued chicken, Hawaiian style and with four cheeses. Open for lunch and dinner, seven days a week. 2080 York Road, Timonium, 410-308-0620.
