Serves 8
1 16-ounce pizza dough ball
¼ cup melted butter
2 large bananas thinly sliced
1⁄3 cup caramel sauce
1 pint vanilla ice cream
Powdered cinnamon
Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Roll pizza dough on a floured surface and place on a cookie sheet. Brush dough with melted butter. Top with the banana slices and drizzle it with caramel sauce. Cook the pizza until the crust is golden brown (10 to 12 minutes). Wait 5 minutes and top the pizza with the ice cream or cut the pizza into slices and place a scoop of ice cream on each slice. Top with powdered cinnamon.
