Deep Creek Cellars

Deep Creek Cellars specializes in the “natural wine” process, meant to produce wine while leaving as small of a carbon footprint as possible. The resulting wine has a dry flavor rather than a sweet one and is inspired by European country wine. The winery is relatively remote, being the only winery in Garrett County and, according to its owners, 20 miles away from the nearest stoplight. Deep Creek Cellars is not an event facility and operates out of a fairly small building, but hosts tasting events.
