The first winery in Allegany County, Charis Winery & Distillery produces red and white grape wines as well as fruit wines made from cranberries, peaches, blueberries and other fruits. It operates out of Canal Place Shops in Cumberland’s downtown area. The winery holds tastings on its outdoor patio, with tours available upon request.
