Reopened after years of sitting vacant (and serving as a set for the NBC series “Homicide”), the venerable Waterfront Hotel is back. The Fells Point landmark (circa 1771) is a true old-school Baltimore dining saloon. Great atmosphere— plank floors, dark wooden bar and water views out its open front doors and windows. Salads, wraps and house specialty quesadillas complement the menu of burgers, steaks and crab cakes. There are billiard tables in the backroom, a second dining room upstairs and live music every Thursday and Sunday night. Open for lunch and dinner every day, including brunch on Sunday.
