Ravens No. 52 is now tackling a new venture: Ray Lewis’ Full Moon Bar-B-Que. The 215-seat restaurant in Canton’s Can Co. complex features Lewis and Ravens memorabilia displayed throughout, as well as 40 TV screens for sports viewing and an outdoor seating area. An open-pit hickory wood fire grill produces the signature Southern-style baby back ribs, pork, brisket and chicken. Other items such as burgers, steaks and farm-raised catfish fill out the menu, and classic house-baked desserts include Key lime, coconut and chocolate pie.
