Stebbins Anderson still amazes after 130 years in business, and now has snazzy new neighbors including bluehouse, Fells Point Surf Co. and a fresh concept, Azura. The younger crowd will love the hippie rocker stuff from Free People while their mothers will grab Grifflin’s imaginative knits. Inexpensive pieces from Soda Blu will round out a working girl’s wardrobe and the M. Rena sweaters could even woo the Pendleton crowd.
