Savvy has always been a fan of Handbags in the City and its owner, George Sakellaris. George’s faith in the future of Baltimore retail has always been heartening. He was one of the first to open in Harbor East before opening a second outpost in Mount Washington. Now George hopes to create Charm City’s own version of Fred Segal (minus Posh and the paparazzi, one would assume) in his newest Harbor East home.
