Makes two dozen
1 1/2 sticks butter
4 tablespoons confectioners sugar
1 teaspoon cold water
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups flour
1 cup chopped pecans
Mix butter, confectioners sugar, cold water, and vanilla together until creamed and fluffy. Add flour and pecans, and mix into batter by hand. Shape into individual fingers. Bake at 350 degrees until light brown. Dust cookies with confectioners sugar.
