3 eggs, beaten
1 tablespoon mustard
2 teaspoons Worcester sauce
1 teaspoon Hungarian paprika
1 10-ounce bag shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 4-ounce can deseeded and finely chopped jalapeÑo peppers
Mix all ingredients and pour into an 8-inch pan. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 300 degrees. Allow to cool and cut into squares. Can be served either at room temperature or refrigerated. Serve with tart, tangy margaritas.
