Makes one cup
4 ounces good-quality chocolate, finely chopped
4 ounces heavy cream
Place chocolate in a small bowl. Place cream in small pot and bring to a simmer. Pour simmering cream over chopped chocolate and stir until smooth. Cool to room temperature before glazing.
