Old Baltimore County favorite Peerce’s Plantation has been gone for some time now, though part of it has been open more recently as a catering venue. Now, on-site dining returns with the Grille at Peerce’s Landing, featuring a menu of unusual appetizers like upside-down wild mushroom tart and a nice list of wines by the glass (offered in generous portions). The moderately priced menu offers nine entrees, featuring filet mignon three different ways, blackened chicken pasta, Mongolian short ribs and short smoked grilled salmon with herbed tomato relish, courtesy of chef Mark Hofmann. Open daily for dinner, and also for brunch on Sunday.
