Earth Wood & Fire is the latest restaurant to get into the coal-fired pizza game. Run by industry vet Mark Hoffman, this family-friendly eatery offers everything from frittatas to stuffed peppers to scallops. But let’s get real… you don’t go to Italy for the Caesar salad. Pizza is the star of this show. Here, they begin the process by offering a choice of either a traditional pizza, a specialty pie, which includes fresh ingredients like gorgonzola cheese and balsamic onions, or a “build your own” option, which comes with two sauces to choose from.
