Last fall, The Improv comedy club closed suddenly, leaving its Power Plant Live! space dark. Recently it’s reopened as Rascals. The small regional chain (it has two other outlets in New Jersey) focuses on regionally and nationally touring comedians, and also hosts regular local talent shows and local comedian showcases. Inside, the set-up of the 370-capacity room remains the same, and the menu options are mostly pub-grub standbys such as chicken fingers, Buffalo wings and mozzarella sticks. Open Wednesday through Sunday; most ticket prices range from $10 to $15. 6 Market Place in Power Plant Live!, 410-545-0590
