The sleepy little neighborhood of Hamilton has become a bit of a hot spot lately with the recent openings of Clementine and now the Hamilton Tavern. Owner Tom Creegan (also a partner in The Brewer’s Art) has completely overhauled the space, a former dive bar. The handsome interiors now sport a rustic American Craftsman feel, with a big bar and areas for sit-down dining. Owing to its Brewer’s Art roots, beer selections include several North American craft brews, including the infamous Resurrection Ale. Wines and spirits are also on offer, and the abbreviated menu includes fun bar munchies such as Boh-battered O’s with spicy garlic sauce and fried dill pickle chips. We’re hearing that fans come from far and wide for the juicy, all-organic Roseda Farm burger. We like the pork roll & egg, ourselves. 5517 Harford Road, 410-426-1930
