At the new Grano in Hampden, the tagline is “A plate of pasta on every table.” And they mean it: pasta is pretty much all they serve. Choose from seven types of pasta— spaghetti, linguine, penne, farfalla, fusilli, gnocchi or fettuccine. Then top it with your choice of sauce— nine are offered— ranging from pomodoro and puttanesca to vodka and gorgonzola/walnut. You may elect to go with gluten-free pasta ($3 extra) or spring for garlic bread, meatballs or salad to pair up with your meal. Then consider ordering some cannoli, tiramisu or coconut flan to top it all off. Simple! They also have sauces to go, packed in half-pint containers, and delivery is available for orders of 10 or more.
