I had an altogether different experience at Jean Pool.  When I entered the store and began to browse, the information I received from the nearest attendant was not about what the latest styles were or what might be a nice look on me.  Rather, I was directed to look at the sale items.  I took note of the comment and continued to browse, but Scott came up a bit later and re-emphasized the sale table, firmly suggesting I look there.  Despite wearing a mix of designer clothes and accessories, it appears something about my person be it age, be it race, suggested to Scott that I could not afford to buy the full price items or otherwise did not belong in the store.  He couldn’t have known I have a college degree, a job with an upper-mid five figure salary, and no dependents, so that was an unwise conclusion for him to draw.  Even worse was his decision to act based on that conclusion.  Now that I know I don’t belong in the store, I will be sure not to return.

I just to rave about Jean Pool’s quality of of jeans and outsstanding customer service. Scott was very knowledgeable and helpful. He truly gave me tips for my jeans to fit better. I highly recommend Jean Pool to anyone who is interested in designer jeans!!!
