I searched for Kusmi tea and found it on the web site.I made a special trip to the store on Bestgate Road to buy it. Not only was I disappointed to discover that they apparently no longer carry it, but the one staff member who knew what I was asking for was dismissive, unhelpful, and seemingly unconcerned that web site was inaccurate. Also, no effort was made to recommend an alternative selection. I recognize that it was Saturday evening (about 530p), but appears to really be nothing more than ‘just another coffee shop’ with less than impressive coffee.
