I had a cold once that started about a month before exams on my second stint in college. I turned in all my end of semester course work, took my exams, and went to the Dr. He said I had walking pneumonia, had probably had it for 3 weeks, and it was almost gone now. He gave me some antibiotics for the horrendous sore throat I got from coughing, and some kick ass cough syrup and I got well. When I moved to Florida, after spending my whole life feeling like I was breathing icicles during the winter, I was finally diagnosed with asthma. No inhaler needed, can’t take steroids, but I survive. Flu? Haven’t had it in years. Garlic is the key, seriously. Garlic and Zicam. I have come to the conclusion that those two together could cure anything in the world. xoxo
