Chef's Expressions

Chef’s Expressions strives to be the best caterer in the region.  On rare occasion we miss the mark and we obviously did in the eyes of this client.
If you read the rest of our reviews - on the wedding wire or elsewhere - you will not find one negative comment, except the above.  This person has gone out of their way to slander Chef’s Expressions in multiple resources.
Read the rest of the reviews and decide for yourself.  Better yet, give us a call and we would be happy to provide you with numerous clients to contact for references.

Chef's Expressions

I do not recommend them.  They will say and do anything to get your money and once they have a signed contract, they ignore your wishes.  The buffet dinner for my wedding did not have all the items we requested or had incorrect items.  They even made changes to our menu without bothering to inform us!  Moreover, the food was either undercooked or overcooked.  My aunts said afterwards that they should have cooked the food themselves - that’s how bad it was.  They don’t pay attention to details and their customer service is lacking.  When I called to complain, the VP Paul said I was being petty and the chef John became defensive (I should have known better than to expect a French-trained chef to know how to make any other cuisine).  They make promises in the beginning (“you will get to taste the entire menu,” “it will be exactly how you want it,” “everything will be perfect,” etc.) and then don’t deliver.  Stay away!
