Their work is great but attitude stinks. I tried to work with them and found it impossible. The owner was very rude, unhelpful to the point I was so frustrated I went elsewhere. For example, I asked to see samples, none to be seen. Asked if I should bring in photos of things I liked, she shrugged and said sure but they are usually ugly. Asked if the one example she showed me could be made simplier and smaller and asked for a price, she said she does not work that way. I would urge people to look at other options.
