I love island winter getaways but hate the hassle of changing planes—especially if I have to fly in one of those small puddle jumpers for the second leg of the trip.
AirTran knows there are plenty of people like me. Beginning December 17, Air Tran is adding non-stop Saturday and Sunday service from BWI to Aruba.
Flights leave BWI at 8:10 a.m. and arrive in Aruba in less than five hours. I’m lovin the fact that I’ll arrive in time for a late lunch. Or have plenty of time to play a few rounds of golf on the day I arrive.
To kick off this non-stop service Air Tran’s offering a special one way fare of $159 for travel between December 17, 2011 and March 14, 2012.
To take advantage of this super low fare, flights must be booked by September 16.
Just had to pass this one along.
A bargain plus convenience. Now that’s a good deal.
