When I was a child everyone admired my wavy, curly hair. When I was in college, my boyfriend ran his hands through my thick curly hair and said “Wonderful hair!” What a turn on! When I got married my mother-in-law gave me the shortest haircut she could manage. Stylish yes,  but let’s get rid of those sexy and attractive curls! Go figure! Love your curly hair, gals! Rejoice in being YOU!

I beg to differ - I think you always want what you can’t have. I have stick straight hair (about the only Native American part of my heritage that is apparent in my looks) and my whole life I have been looking for a way to create curls, or even waves without luck.

Whatever you were born with you will want the opposite. I see it with my straight haired friends, wavy haired friends, and curly haired friends.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and I am guessing someone with curly hair wrote this article.
