Longtime Baltimore County favorite Gibby’s Seafood has a new owner and a new name. Now called The Quay, the restaurant has undergone renovations but still features an extensive seafood menu, as well as steaks, chicken and pastas. (22 W. Padonia Road, 410-561-5225) ... Notorious New York-based gentlemen’s club Scores has entered the Baltimore market. Located in the former Club Atlantis building, the upscale strip club offers food, broadcast sporting events, a VIP area and valet parking. (615 Fallsway, 410-528-1117) ... Limoges, the charming little French bistro at the corner of Charles & Biddle streets has closed. ...
