The name Kyodai Rotating Sushi Bar kinda says it all. At this tiny Towson establishment, the chefs in the center of the circular bar wrap, roll and cut the sushi and send it on its way on a moving conveyor that circles the bar. Diners simply pick what they like as it glides by, so dinner becomes a more participatory experience. Other items like tempura, teriyaki and noodle dishes can be ordered off the regular menu. (1 W.
