Located in a renovated mill building nestled next to the Jones Falls, Hampden’s new Kolper’s Restaurant & Lounge is a bit off the beaten path.  But it’s worth looking for. On the dining room side, you’ll find handsome stone walls, glowing candles and ambitious menu items like Mussels Fra Diavolo, cranberry-orange glazed grilled chicken breast, grilled apple-brandy marinated pork loin and seafood alfredo pasta. The lively bar side boasts 12 flat-screen TVs, cold draft beers, bar grub like burgers, sandwiches and appetizers, and a dance floor.
