Baltimore just got its first California Tortilla restaurant, located across the street from Camden Yards. The Bethesda-based chain, begun in 1995, has 17 other locations around the state and in D.C., northern Virginia and Delaware. The chain prides itself on using only the freshest ingredients in its tacos, burritos, quesadillas and salads, and the menu also offers lots of light and healthy options with low-fat, vegetarian and vegan alternatives to its Mexican staples. You can even go international with the Caribbean jerk burrito, gyro burrito and Thai chicken burrito.
