Tucked into a tiny storefront in Federal Hill is TENZO, a new patisserie and chocolate shop. Pastry chef/owner Janice Shih creates delectable works of edible art that are “harmonious with the palate as well as the spirit.” That means baking with only pure, all-natural ingredients, no preservatives or chemicals, and offering nine alternative flour options for those with wheat or gluten allergies.
