It seems as if they’re everywhere; now Baltimore gets its own P.F. Chang’s China Bistro. Situated smack dab in the middle of the tourist district along Pratt Street, the cavernous new restaurant is a handsome addition to downtown dining. The extensive menu includes lots of traditional Chinese favorites and a rotating “Featured Region” menu, currently spotlighting the flavors of the Yunnan province (Yunnan wontons, wok-charred beef, Dali chicken and zodiac noodles).
