Owners Tim and Katie Buscher (of Federal Hill’s popular Crazy Lil’s) and executive chef Bill Middlebrook have introduced oZ. Chophouse (pronounced ‘Oh Zee’) in the Maple Lawn neighborhood near Columbia. The sumptuous space includes swank dining for 100, with seating for another 50 in the sleek, circular barroom. The menu is modeled after a traditional chophouse: classic cuts of tender beef, pork and lamb, as well as surf-and-turf and house specialties such as crab cakes, broiled lobster tail, steak Oscar and seafood capellini.
