Fusions Grill“We wanted to create un upscale dining experience with interesting flavors, but where people who are conscious about what they’re eating can feel good,” says chef Joe Ushinski of the new Fusions Grill. The menu has a West Coast flair, with international hints including Asian, Mexican and Middle Eastern, but almost everything served is organic and environmentally friendly. That means all organically farmed vegetables, Naturewell natural beef with no antibiotics or added hormones, Murray’s Poultry, which is antibiotic- and steroid-free, and low-mercury seafoods. The menu includes a full range of lunch and dinner options, including the signature Thai chili and black bean soup, entree salads, sandwiches, kebobs and steaks.
