Sondheim Prize

I joined an arts-loving crowd this evening at the BMA for the presentation of the 2008 Sondheim Prize. The works of the 6 finalists were installed in several galleries where the crowd mingled until 7 p.m., when everyone filed into the auditorium for the award. Photographer Geoff Grace took this year’s prize. Afterwards we joined the reception in the Fox Court, where I had time to catch up with Amy Newhall, Edie & Stan Brown, Sloane Brown, Jamie Snead & Steve Ziger, Suzi Cordish, Costas Grimaldis, Jamie Campbell, John Marsh and finalist Melissa Dickenson.
