Independence Day parties
Saturday, July 5
After hitting a couple of casual 4th of July parties in Canton the night before, on Saturday night Jim Seay held his annual Independence Day blow-out. As always, it was a blast. Tons of people swarmed through four floors of bars inside the house, as well as outside on the decks and dock that overlook the harbor and on the deck of his yacht as well. The gals working the multiple bars were clad in red, white and blue string bikinis, and several more girls were selling raffle tickets for the fund-raising aspect of the party, to benefit Iraq war veterans and their families. Their costumes were even more intriguing: bikini bottoms and topless, but with painted-on tops, courtesy of Jen Seidel. Two live bands rocked the party on the deck, and a make-your-own fajita bar inside satisfied hungry guests. Around midnight, the party moved over to Aqua, and continued long into the beautiful night.
