Cooking with The Troias
In 1962 the Troia family came to Baltimore from Italy with little money and big dreams of success. More than a quarter-century later, they’ve become the first family of Baltimore restaurateurs, owning among themselves a fine dining restaurant, a pasta bar and a raw food cafe.
