We have now received three false “false alarm reduction” notices from the city. Our monitoring company can verify that the alarm was never activated, and the past two times were on Super Bowl Sunday, where we were at home the entire time, and on Valentine’s Day, where we were also at home the entire evening when the alarm allegedly was sounded and police allegedly arrived. When we contact the program, of course they tell us that they are so far backlogged that they haven’t been able to respond to all the requests. This when it only takes them 48 hours to mail the notice. I understand the principle, but this program is the worst!
