The Backfin is a very casual family style restaurant.  I have enjoyed every dish I have tried here.  My favorites are the Chicken Chesapeake (lots of lump crabmeat) and their soups.  If you are looking for elegance then steer clear.  If you are looking for a great meal with good service this is your place...especially if you have kids dining with you.
