Some 600 guests braved the cold to sip blue martinis and dine on seafood from Carlton & Co. to celebrate the 'topping-off' of the construction of the new Ritz-Carlton Residences, Inner Harbor.

Style was a proud co-sponsor of the party, along with Capitol File magazine.
