Warm Red Bliss Potato Salad with Bacon and Blue Cheese

Serves 6
1 cup sour cream
1 cups mayonnaise
1 lemon, juiced
1pounds red bliss potatoes, cooked until tender
? pound bacon, chopped
? cup crumbled blue cheese
1 bunch scallions, chopped
freshly ground pepper
Boil potatoes, with skins on, until soft. Halve when cool enough to the touch. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, and lemon juice. Add potatoes, bacon, blue cheese, and scallions. Season with pepper. Serve warm or cold.
