Lockout isn’t about the fans thats for sure. I just have to side with the players, I’ve got a clupoe of friends who have been in and out of the league, on and off practice squads and active rosters. The ones whose careers were cut short by injuries are left with little show for their 20+ years working their butts off to be a pro athlete. To add games that would shorten their careers and increase chances of injuries, some of which have life long consequences, and not compensating the players for the increased risk and workload is unconscionable to me. I will however agree with you JT, it isn’t really a story worth following lets just see how it plays out and hope for a NFL season this year.
